Donna James Benjamin
Donna is one of three Regional Managers Business Development at Scotia Jamaica Building Society. She has over eighteen years experience in the financial sector with a background in Financial Accounting, Portfolio Management and Business Development as well as extensive knowledge of Mortgage processing.
A highly motivated, methodical, results oriented individual equipped with a Masters in Business Administration from Mona School of Business, her service mantra is to offer exceptional service at a level that surpasses any customer expectation.
In her current role as Regional Manager Business Development, Donna is responsible for the mortgages generated from branches in Kingston & its environs and also devising and implementing creative strategies to expand SJBS mortgage portfolio via her region. She is credited with the creation of significant alliances for SJBS and the ability to guide customers and retail lenders through the home financing steps.

Anthony Harris, Managing Director, Access Property Investments Ltd.
Anthony Harris is a Campion College graduate who furthered his studies in the United Kingdom and United States and returned to Jamaica in 1981 when he re-entered the General Insurance industry where he continued his expertise in Loss Adjusting for Property Damage and Liability Claims.
In August of 1982 he assisted with and took over as General Manager of the family business, operated a Supercleaners Drycleaners and Launderers and also worked part time with his cousin Mark at Property Consultants as a Sales Associate.
Having measureable success in the Sale of Commercial property and others he decided to further his knowledge and attended the First (1st) Real Estate Dealers Course in Jamaica (1983) which was offered at the College of Arts, Science & Technology (CAST) now known as UTECH.
Access Property Investments Limited was registered and opened in May 1994 at 119 Tower Street, Kingston where the focus was on Commercial properties in the Kingston Metropolitan Area (KMA) and included many residential Sales, Leases and property acquisitions.
Having acquired premises at 3 Easton Avenue, Kingston 5 the business was relocated in 2000 and the Sales staff expanded at that time.
Access Property Investments (Property Management Division) was then established to handle a few select customers for property management services, a sector for which there is room for expansion in the years ahead.
The business premises at No. 3 Easton Avenue also accommodates Keith Alexander (Succ.) Limited a Property Appraisal & Valuation firm, where the administration and Data base are managed separately but under the same roof.

Andrew Gracey, Managing Director, AI Gracey & Associates
Mr. Gracey is a Commissioned Land Surveyor and Past President of the Land Surveyors Association of Jamaica where he served a three year term as president. Mr. Gracey gained his formal education in Surveying at the University of Technology (formerly C.A.S.T.), where he earned a diploma in 1988 and a bachelors degree in surveying and geographical information sciences in 2004. He earned his commission as a Surveyor in 1988.
Mr. Gracey currently practices surveying in the firm A.I. Gracey & Associates, where he is engaged in executing surveys primarily in the categories of Cadastral and Engineering surveys. He frequently undertakes surveys ranging from single lot boundary surveys to large housing developments that require skills in designing and layout in all aspects of surveying required for the completion of the project.
Mr. Gracey’s experience and abilities encompass topographic surveys, photogrammetric mapping, and extensive engineering surveys on a number of major subdivision projects, including The Chancery Hall Estate Subdivision, Mineral Heights Subdivision, the Rose Hill Subdivision, Surveyors Identification Report, J.P.S. power line route survey, and Land Acquisition Surveys on the North Coast Highway Development Project. He was also involved in preliminary work in the implementation of the Land Administration and Management Program (L.A.M.P.).
Mr. Gracey has attended numerous courses in areas such as Global Positioning System (GPS).
His interests/hobbies are Rifle Shooting, Hunting (Birds), Rappelling & Model Airplane Flying.
Determined to be the best, Mr. Gracey uses his vast experience in surveying to the benefit of his clients.
Mr. Andrew Gracey is married to Sandra. Sandra is a registered nurse and a registered mid wife at The Kingston Public Hospital. They have one son, Russell.

David Thwaites, Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Principal, David Thwaites & Associates Ltd.
David Thwaites is a graduate of St. George’s College, the College of Agriculture in Jamaica (ASc. Agricultural Science); holder of a BSc. in Agricultural Economics (Prairie View, Texas, U.S.A.) and a Post-Graduate Diplomat in Rural Estate Management (Royal Agricultural College, England).
David Thwaites is a Valuation Surveyor / Property Appraiser practitioner for over 15 years and a Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since November 1998 also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute (U.S.A.) since August 2001.
Mr. Thwaites has gained numerous certificates from continued professional development programmes and is the Immediate past President of the Association of Land Economy and Valuation Surveyors having served for the period 2002 to 2004.

John G Leiba, Attorney-at-Law, Partner, DunnCox
John Leiba has been a practising Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica since 1973 and a partner in the law firm, DunnCox, since 1980. He attended the College of Law, London and qualified as a Solicitor.
With a specialist practice in real estate, John also acts for clients with aviation interests and in other transactions of a commercial nature. John serves on the Board of Carimed Limited, the Real Estate Board and is a Commissioner of Strata Corporation. He is the Chairman of the Scout Association of Jamaica, a member of the General Legal Council, Council member and past president of the Jamaican Bar Association. John is a member of the Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association, the Jamdammers Running Club and is also a Director of Special Olympics Jamaica.
John is actively involved with the St. Jago Past Student's Association and is the Manager of the School's Track and Field Team.
